Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xorg
The display's resolution can't be set a resolution different than 800x600 also if "Nvidia X Server Settings" says it's set "1024x768". I have tried many time to generate a new xorg.conf (using a generic configuration, using a nvidia configuration) but has changed. I'm running the "current" nvidia driver.
