Public bug reported: I am using Karmic Koala. Error occurred while upgrading from Karmic to Lucid. This upgrading error was followed by a window which declared the upgrade failed, and said that my system was now in an unusable state. However, I am still able to use the system. (I am submitting this error report now)
I also have been using ATi Drivers for the ATi video card for my laptop.
