I can also confirm this issue. Radeon HD 3450, dual monitors by using System->Preferences->Monitors, xserver-xorg-video-ati 1:6.13.0-1ubuntu5. Whenever I mouse to the top of the main screen to click a button on my panel, if I mouse too far the cursor disappears.
