You are having this bug because you are explicitly forcing the radeon driver to be used in your xorg.conf which is messed up because it's trying to use the other parts of fglrx with it. The easiest way to fix it is to just remove your /etc/X11/xorg.conf and run sudo aticonfig --initial to let it create a new one, or you can also deactivate fglrx, delete your xorg.conf if one exists and reactivate fglrx in jockey.
