  Binary package hint: xorg

  Hi, here's my bug:

I have a laptop with sis card, external monitor is connected. I
installed 8.10 beta from live CD, I did clean install. On 8.04 I used to
switch screen with fn+F12, so the laptop screen was black and I was
using the external one. Now I have two problems:

  1. After pressing fn+F12 the desktop goes crazy on both monitors (everything
is rugged or cut or something :) ).
  2. Screen resolution is limited to 960x...@60khz. Formerly I was able to use
1024x768 (@75kHz, as far as I remember). I can still use it if I disconnect the
external monitor and reboot.

After manual change of driver in xorg.conf to "vesa" the "switch
display" shortcut on keyboard works well, but my resolution is still
  limited to 800x600.

grandr detects only one screen, and the system panel "screen resolution"
doesn't allow me to check the "mirror screen" box (I'm not sure but I
think it should do what I want to) - it doesn't save it with "checked"
  status.

My xorg.conf is now in the default state (almost empty), and here's my lspci
report for graphic card:
