Not 100% sure this is the same problem. I'm observing video corruption when playing videos with mplayer, vlc, etc. Initially video clips play perfectly, then at some point video clips appear all corrupted until reboot. The colours are all wrong and the resolution is too low. I can't show the corruption because a screenshot only captures a black screen. I have been using suspend but couldn't say for sure that it's the cause.
