This is not a problem with ATI only this is a problem with the mainboard since I've tested this with ATI and NVIDIA cards (clean install on both) and doesn't work. None of the drivers for ATI cards or NVIDIA card worked. So the only problem remains the ati chipset on the mainboard.. could that be? If this is the case then disregard this message, and I apologise for the trouble created.
