after installing maverick (used 9.10 before) the fan of grafic card nvidia GeForce Go 7900 GS does not slow down when laptop DELL inspiron 9400 got into "normal" user-temperature. means that it is not even hand warm, but the fan is still running. using recommended driver 260.19.06. the fan is even running when rebooting. only turning the laptop off stops the fan. i am currently using kernel 2.6.35-22-generic
