Most keyboards in other countries are harder to use because they are not created in the same layout as the standard. Even if you understand the language of the country, the keyboard is often different so it's hard to use. I would recommend finding a Bulgarian to English translation book first, if that's where you are going. Then a lot of practice will get you up to speed on the keyboard.
