I wrote to Asus support explaining the issue and answered that is a known issue with the chipsets of that motherboards in some Linux systems.
They said that is a bug in Linux that affects Ubuntu x64, Fedora x64 and Fedora 32-bit. They advised me to try Ubuntu 32-bit, where the problem doesn't appear.
