Hiyas Ursu, The best place to get started is via the Ubuntu Beginners Team ( https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BeginnersTeam/Membership) Have a good read of that page and the links, introduce yourself to the team and make a habit of joining both #ubuntu-beginners and #ubuntu-beginners-team via IRC on freenode.
If you do not have IRC fully set up yet, there are direct links on my wiki at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/phillw#Ubuntu Beginners that will take you to both channels whilst you get your IRC setup (They work on pretty much any web browser). Thank you for your interest, and welcome to a wonderful journey of discovery and the family that is ubuntu. Regards, Phill.
