In general the procedure is the following:
In the top panel go System-->Preferences-->Keyboard.
Click on Layouts tab and then on Add+ tab. Choose the layout you want. It
should appear in the window of layouts. Clicking on one of them and then on
Layout Options you can tune it's behaviour on your desktop.
