Sometimes it's just a question of timing. This question is quite old now so
hardly anyone will notice it now. Launchpad has a slightly unusual setup and
can't deal with questions more than a day or so old. Try re-posting the
question in the hope that the different and ever-changing people at the front
desk might be able to help

Also i often find it a good plan to post the same question in a few different
forums, and then i post the url link to the right answer in all the other
threads to help spread the answers around
