I have a "Creative-nomad jukebox Zen Xtra" it's a 40 gig mp3 player but I can't get Ubuntu to recognize it as anything when I plug it in to either of my USB slots which are both functional. I have never had this issue, no matter what I plug in it at least recognizes it as something! I went to the Creative web site and all they seem to support is windows based programs, I am unsure if it is even supported past XP. PLEASE HELP!
