Why call it "down-", just call it "side-"grade... ;-)
Open Synaptic (System -> Sytem-Settings -> Synaptic-Packaging) and search for
"ubuntu-netbook".
There you will find the packages (that are installing alle the dependencies) to
get the system over to UNR.
