Question #78113 on Ubuntu changed: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/78113
Tom proposed the following answer: Ok, to get to a command-line go up to the top taskbar and click on Applications - Accessories - Terminal and this should open an excellent terminal/command window/console. Although there are many other ways to get to a command-line i find this one is usually the best for most things. It might even be worth addinga launcher to panel ;) Anyway, hopefully now these links might help https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome- terminal/+question/32777 https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+faq/93 Good luck and regards from Tom :) -- You received this question notification because you are a member of UF Unanswered Posts Team, which is an answer contact for Ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
