i am running ubuntu 9.04 on a toshiba satellite pro.
these are my audio details

Kernel modules: snd-hda-inte
i have installed all the elements required for jack that i can find listed and
the linux-rt kernel. jack only produces the message window "could not start
jack" on any setting. can anyone please suggest any further things i can try?
