Hi,
This looks like a pretty uncommon hardware manufacturer, and very few
information exist about this model and Linux in general. Which kind of
modem is it? Try to plug-in using a regular ethernet cable if possible
instead of the USB. Otherwise I'm afraid you'll have to find another way
to connect the web.
