New question #78383 on Ubuntu:

In the last months i can see that packages.ubuntu.com does not respond at all
or load very very slow (several minutes).
What is happening?.
It gives a very bad impression of a project as Ubuntu, having one of the most
important web searching tools to do not work at all.
