https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+question/78454

Florian Diesch posted a new comment:
Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu
better.
Examining the information you have given us, it seems yout /boot partition is
full:

gzip: stdout: No space left on device
   update-initramfs: failed for /boot/initrd.img-2.6.28-14-generic
   Failed to create initrd image.
dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten von linux-image-2.6.28-14-generic (--configure):
Unterprozess post-installation script gab den Fehlerwert 2 zurück

This does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and
converting it to a question in the support tracker.
