framegrace confirmed that the question is solved:
This has to be done everytime the network goes up and down, not everytime the
machine starts stops.
So, here the script fits better.
It's a network setup work, and as if-up have that nice system V init style
scripts, I preffer to use them. More logical.
But I'm not happy with this solution, maybe I fill a bug, as looks like it's a
bug.
