Question #78334 on Ubuntu changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/78334

gadolinio proposed the following answer:
Regarding the "best" issue: yes actionparsnip, you're right in the fact that
the OS is a tool, and its "best-ness" will depend on what you want it for. Yet,
even if there was an OS scientifically verified to be the best, we wouldn't
necessarily have it as it could be very expensive, not very well known, etc.
But you're right about the subject.
Regarding the "manners" issue: it is not my job to answer these questions. I do
it by free will, because I >>want<< to help people with whatever knowledge I
may have or any piece of advice I may give. And when someone asks for help
here, he can not demand useful nor quick answers; he asks for help. Thus,
polite behavior is expected. If someone doesn't receive a reply, he might well
ask again. I didn't see the first question, but i saw this one and wanted to
help. Even though i didn't like the way in which it was written. I just wanted
to say that it isn't polite.
