New question #78574 on Ubuntu: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/78574
I have a HP Pavilion DV7 laptop, (dv7-1245dx) My built-in mic is not working anymore after upgrading to 9.04 (actually clean install). It used to work with 8.10 and rc's of 9.04, But now on 9.04 it does not work. ALL of my sound information can be found here - http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=83318124dc6e02bb6c306080399faf20cb06243c | Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated, as I am at a loss for what to try next. All of the controls seem to show up. I have 2 different "capture's" and each can be set to either mic or line. I have tried every combination of settings that I can think of, that would make sense. I also have 2 'Analog Loopback' options under the switches tab. These dont do anything but mute all sound when enabled. -- You received this question notification because you are a member of UF Unanswered Posts Team, which is an answer contact for Ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
