Question #78653 on openoffice.org in ubuntu changed: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+question/78653
Tony Pursell proposed the following answer: Hi Eric Surely the way to do this is open up a new instance of Draw, define a smaller page size, copy your drawing to it, then embed that. You can copy just what you have drawn, with no superfluous white space, by using the mouse to select all the drawing. Its a bit hard to describe, but you hold the left button down and sort of draw a box round all your drawing, and when you let go the button the box will snap close to the drawing as a sort of frame you can copy with Ctrl-C. You can even copy this frame straight into a Write document. Hope this helps Tony -- You received this question notification because you are a member of UF Unanswered Posts Team, which is an answer contact for Ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
