I'm trying to install some stuff from the Taiwan mirror, but I keep getting this error: W: Failed to fetch http://tw.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/3/3dchess/3dchess_0.8.1-15_i386.deb Could not connect to tw.archive.ubuntu.com:80 (140.112.8.139), connection timed out (This is just an example. I'm not really interested in 3d chess. 2D is enough for me ;)).
