No its not a fresh install its an upgrade from ver 8.10 which was done via the
update service within 8.10. its been fine for about some six weeks or so, then
went haywire.
appreciate any help but i'm not a great computer wizard
I didnt have a lot of probs with 810 but this is a major bummer!
