Hi,
I am afraid it is unlikely that you might get any useful answer if you don't
precise:
* The version of Ubuntu
* Which software you are using to open the file
* Whether you can plan other .ogg files properly (does it happen only with one
file? With a bunch of files but not all?)
* Whether you can plan other file format (.wav or .mp3) properly.
