Yes mine does that too, flash is horrifically system intensive and runs
at 40% on my 1.6Ghz 3000+ AM2 Semp 1Gb RAM GF6250 onboard video.
It just sucks and is proprietary to adobe so cannot be improved by the
community sadly.
