The function of 'send files' does not work

Bug description:
when I send files to my online friend , I click the "send files"
button and choose the file that will be sent, click the "open" button.
I don't know whether the file had been sent or not. so I asked this
friend , he does not receive the files. In other words, file transfer
capabilities maybe wrong...
