That brings up the issue of license indeed. What is the license of 
Qur'anic recitations ?

That's one reason yes, actually I once asked about making a package that 
contains books (for Thwab), and people in Debian didn't like the idea. 
If I recall correctly, I think they suggested something like what I've 
mentioned.

Well, the recitations tarballs can exist on CD too, so they will be 
available for people without high speed internet access, but in tarballs 
instead of debs.

I don't like this idea because it means maintaining two types of 
packages that at the end do the same thing.
