Salaam, Are you using arial for rendering arabic text? If yes, please test ttf-sil-scheherazade and ttf-me-quran, and fonts included in ttf-farsiweb.
if you have no other choice except adding arial_bold.ttf I would prefer making msttcorefonts a dependency, since embedding may cause conflict with msttcorefonts package.
