* Team upload.
* Point Vcs-Git field in debian/control to the correct location.
* Add versioned Breaks and Replaces against musescore-soundfont-gm (<< 2)
(Closes: #793961). This is an RC-bug, thus urgency=high.

Bug description:
When running sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade this
package failed to install on this install saying that it found a file
that already existed.
I expected the upgrade to complete wihout errors.
Instead there was an error when updating.
