Title: Fluidsynth/Qsynth stops other multimedia applications Status in qsynth package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: As soon as I start Qsynth every browser tab which is playing multimedia (YouTube, Twitch) in every browser (tested on Firefox and Chromium) stops working and starts an endless loading. But if I close Qsynth things gets back to normal immediately. I tried with Debian Buster and Qsynth can't even produce a sound. At least on Ubuntu it works :) even if exclusively :( ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 18.04 Package: ubuntu-release-upgrader-core 1:18.04.34 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 4.18.0-25.26~18.04.1-generic 4.18.20 Uname: Linux 4.18.0-25-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.20.9-0ubuntu7.7 Architecture: amd64 CrashDB: ubuntu CurrentDesktop: KDE Date: Fri Jul 19 22:45:06 2019 InstallationDate: Installed on 2019-05-02 (78 days ago) InstallationMedia: Kubuntu 18.04.2 LTS "Bionic Beaver" - Release amd64 (20190210) PackageArchitecture: all SourcePackage: ubuntu-release-upgrader Symptom: dist-upgrade UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qsynth/+bug/1837255/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntustudio-bugs Post to : ubuntustudio-bugs@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntustudio-bugs More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
