Studio controls hangs on Apply

Bug description:
To reproduce:
1. Go to Extra Devices tab.
2. Select 'Nvidia 0,0 capture and playback 0' in Select Device to Edit
drop down menu.
3. Click on Capture Port Count minus button to reduce it 0. This
causes Studio Controls to hang. The plus and minus boxes are greyed
out.
[A workaround is to restart Studio Controls which makes the plus and
minus buttons available again but this time click on the All/Off
toggle. This reduces the capture port count to 0. Then click on Apply
