Failed to find is not a bug, but expected; it just logs packages that we
did not find a t64 package for, which will be most of them.

Bug description:
  Upgrades failing with a lot of:
  "Failed to find a replacement..."

  I've attached all of the relevant logs - the offending-packages file
  is all of the packages that are "Failed to find"
