different start-menu (liveDVD) when USB-Stick created in Win or Linux

Bug description:
The basic menu of the LiveDVD (usbstick) is different when I create
the install-usb-stick in Win7 64 or in Ubuntustudio 12.04.
In Ubuntustudio I used the standart installer, in Windows I used
"Universal-USB-Installer-1.9.0.6.exe" (see
http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/ )
Created in Ubuntustudio the menu is (I choosed "Deutsch" as Language):
"Try Ubuntu Studio without installing"
"Ubuntu Studio installieren"
"CD/DVD auf Fehler prüfen"
"Arbeitsspeicher testen"
"Von der ersten Festplatte starten"
Created in Windows the menu is (I choosed "Deutsch" as Language):
"Try Ubuntu Studio from USB"
"Install Ubuntu Studio to HDD"
"Arbeitsspeicher testen"
"Von der ersten Festplatte starten"
as you also can see, there's a mix-up between english and german...
