The Presidential Election of Chinese Students and Scholars Association
in Cambridge will be held this October. On behalf of the Executive
Committee, we are calling for the presidential candidates. This election
is called routinely, in accordance with the constitutional timetable,
for the election of the 27th CSSA-CAM President for 2010-11. Procedures
for the conduct of CSSA-CAM elections are specified in section 5 of the
Constitution, http://www.cssa-cam.org/AboutUs/constitution.xml
Hongwei WANG (President), Feifan CHANG(Executive Vice-President),
Tongyun LI (Vice-President), Xiaofan WANG (Vice-President), Yuhao SUN
(Vice-President), Nan LI (Vice-President), Yachao WANG (Vice-President)
and Huang TAN (Vice-President), constitute the Return Office, which is
chaired by Tongyun LI.
Anyone interested in running the presidential election and meeting the
criteria in part 15, section 5 of the Constitution, please submit the
following electronic documents:
1. A curriculum vitae (English); 2. A personal statement (English or
Chinese, no more than 1 page, sized in A4).
The deadline for the applications is 24:00 PM, 19th SEPTEMBER 2010. All
the materials should be sent to Mr. Tongyun LI, via tl...@cam.ac.uk and
copy to me by hw...@cam.ac.uk
A name list of the candidates and their PERSONAL STATEMENTS will be
published to all members of CSSA-CAM after the application deadline by
CSSA-CAM’s website and mailing lists.
