Hi,
Attatched patch includes same strverscmp as I posted yesterday, but with
the difference that the static arrays are chars rather than ints. Save
228 bytes. It also includes a versionsort and versionsort64.
There are also another implementation of strverscmp here:

But I think the GNU version with chars instead of ints is smaller and
probably faster.
