yes it seems so. I can see that the directory is listed in the search
path when I add -v to gcc. But gcc really is not picking the header from it.

the old version using -print-file-name=include certainly
| worked (although needing patching to work with 4.3's include-fixed).

may be we can use -print-file-name=include  and -print-file-name=include
- -fixed instead.
