It seems like some GCC patches are missing
in ./toolchain/gcc/ext_source/Atmel/avr32/4.2.2-avr32-2.1.5

only 903, 904 and 905 are present from the incremental patches to the
last release. Perhaps the 901 and 902 patch is included in the tarball?

Also, uClibc and binutils are missing patches
./toolchain/uClibc/ext_source/Atmel/avr32 <- the 0.9.29 dirs are empty
toolchain/binutils/ext_source/Atmel/avr32 <- the 2.17 dirs are empty

I do not use the external toolchain stuff, hence I do not subject it to
testing.
