Just an update. I've run test suite on my board and I had lot of failures on some tests that were using denorms. I know FPU support for denormalized is not working on sh4 (we have some exception handlers installed in kernel to do the work, but not all operations are supported). So likely this is one the reason. Waiting for Solar's confirm anyway.
