OK, I know the difference between USE, HAS and FORCE. ;-)
Here, I really meant FORCE. But that was not the point of the original
message, so all this discussion is moot. :-)

I'll prepare a patch that renames COMPILE_IN_THUMB_MODE to USE_THUMB.
