I have a separate interrupt for the phy.

cat /proc/interrupts
 66:          3   fec(MII)
 68:          3   eth1
 72:     121683   ColdFire Timer
 73:       2926   ColdFire UART
 74:          0   ColdFire UART
 86:          0   fec(RX)
 87:          0   fec(TX)
 88:         26   fec(OTHER)
