I consider the previous problem may be the irq of dm9000a isn't high enough, 
and the WATCHDOG misunderstand it as a deadend.
By the way, the system I am talking about is a multicore system, there is no 
problem when running uclinux on a single core system.
That's only my thoughts. It might be wrong, because I am new to it.:)
