Did you fix printing on trunk or 1.0.x? or Both?

I have had a run at the printing system and have fixed numerous bugs, including shapefile printing. Please let me know if you find anymore.

There are quite a few UI improvements that need to be done, but it should at least be marginally usable now.

Sorry for the... long wait on this response. I am
trying to print a shape file (just so I can test the
item). I eventually want to print out a DEM with some
vectors on top. It will only be 2 dimensional which is
fine for me. But I have no idea how to even fix the
problem of printing a simple shape file.

I tried printing a map yesterday doing what the

online manual says (at udig.refractions.net). The

doing wrong?

Interesting, Richard is the author of the printing
side of things - I know he had some QA work he was going to do mid
October.
As I recally Richard had some problems with lite
renderer, and apparently his hacks around the problem are not
compatible with Jesse's subsequent fixes.

So this could be as easy as finding Richard's hacks
and removing them ...

Can I ask what kind of content you were printing?
Shapefile, WMS, etc?
