We test against pg8 (of some description), Jesse has asked repeatedly for people to test against the postgis mentioned in walkthrough 1 (so we can confirm or deny the problem). It PostGIS 8.0.3.
But nobody has taken the time to answer, so we don't have any progress to report. We tend to like PostGIS (for some reason) and would like to figure out what the difficulty is.
