I ran into a couple problems - adding all my shapefiles at once using
the Add Layer menu - it showed my all the shapefiles. In repeating the
experiment it was due to
the shapefiles indexing themselves, and then taking so long I got to see
the second wizard page. When doing this again, the shapefiles were
quickenough the page flashed by ... I have one shapefile that used to
work in M2 that no longer does - I will investigate.
When adding a PostGIS layer without a CRS I am out of luck. It displayed
in M2, but have not been able to get it to work now. Also after a
restart PostGIS datastores do not work anymore. (and pressing tab in the
wizard page is still a recipie to block, any chance we can get a progess
monitor in there?). So for now I will use M2.
I am looking forward to checking out the printing :-)
