Catalog API needs methods for createTemporaryFeatureResource(FeatureType) and
createTemporaryGridCoverageResource(GridCoverage).
I'm not sure about the names but the idea is sound. There is needs to be a way
to easily create temporary resources. I don't know if it should use the
resolve style pattern. IE
createTemporaryResource( Class<T> , T value ); or something like that. This
is more flexible but maybe hard to use? No one will know what it can create.
