Downloaded it. Works. The simple styling page now seems to work as well. But see
below.

Some comments:

1. When installing, the start menu link is inserted into the user's start menu
not the start menu common for all users. I suggest having both options:
"Start menu entry for this user" vs.
"Start menu entry for all users".
Many programs today provide such option.
(Note this is really just a cosmetical thing.)

2. I noticed that if a layer uses a classification (color brewer) then it is not
any more shown as being one specific color in the layers view. This is good.
But the question is: How do I (as a user) get to visially see the classification
used that layer (e.g. the colors and their values).

3. The "simple" page in the styling dialog as well as the "palette" page in the
map properties dialog have (imho) an unprofessional look since the checkboxes,
dropdowns and other widgets are not vertically aligned.
This should be easy to fix: Just use a multi column grid layout for all rows and
the widgets will align nicely. This really makes the difference!

4. If I have a themed layer and then use the "simple" style page to reset it in
order to have all features look the same, the layer symbol in the layer list is
not updated correctly. It still shows a transparent rectangle (for example)
although I selected the points to be displayed as yellow circles. Only it's
border color adapts to the border color selected. Looks like a bug, doesn't it?
