I think Mark wants to know the exact revision number of the M5 release. Was a tag made for the release? I had a quick look at the commit list but I didn't see one.

Cheers

Don't worry about it. I've done the same and seen the same done so many times I don't even break a sweat when this happens. About the revision for M5...

It is actually quite easy. A revision is the same as a branch or a tag so you can switch to it by:

svn sw -r NUM http://svn.geotools.org/udig/trunk.

I had done a commandline update and then forgot to "refresh" a couple of the plugins that had new stuff added. As you say... a few rounds of refresh, clean, build, update eventually sorted it out. Eclipse can really get itself in a knot sometimes can't it.

Anyway, back to my original question... although irrelevant now, if I did want to find out a specific revision to switch to (for M5 say), how would I go about doing that? Is it possible?

Thanks,
Mark

Head shouldn't be broken. make sure that you have cleaned libs completely. My workspace and Cory's are both fine. Do the ol' clean, build all, update classpath, clean, build all. That sequence almost always fixes everything.

Hi All,

I was just wanting to update my source to the 1.1.M5 revision (because the current head is broken in several places - there must be lots of commits going on). How do I go about finding out what the exact revision that M5 was built on? I see that there are no tags for it.

Thanks,
Mark
